Collector Copilot ("the Product," "we," "us") is an AI-assisted script generation and training tool designed exclusively for professional debt collection practitioners and agencies ("Users"). The Product generates suggested verbal scripts and compliance guidance for common high-friction scenarios encountered during collection calls.

The Product is provided strictly for educational and professional training purposes. All scripts, prompts, outputs, and guidance provided by Collector Copilot are informational in nature and do not constitute legal advice, legal representation, or a guarantee of legal compliance.

1.2 Not Legal Advice

Nothing in Collector Copilot's outputs, documentation, or communications constitutes legal advice. 1.3 Eligibility and Permitted Use

You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, or share access credentials with parties outside your licensed seat agreement.

1.5 Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, prompts, frameworks, and methodologies underlying Collector Copilot are the exclusive intellectual property of the Product's creator. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of the Product's underlying prompt architecture is strictly prohibited.

1.6 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Collector Copilot and its creator shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product, including but not limited to: regulatory penalties, FDCPA violations, legal fees, lost commissions, or reputational harm resulting from the use or misuse of any script output.

1.7 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Product following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

02 Privacy Policy

Summary: We do not sell your data. We collect only what is necessary to deliver the Product. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle, a regulated Merchant of Record. We never see or store your payment details.

03 Refund Policy

Summary: Due to the immediate digital nature of this product, all sales are final. Access is granted upon purchase. We do not offer refunds except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

Collector Copilot is a digital software product delivered immediately upon purchase. Because access to the full Product — including all five AI script engines, the FDCPA compliance outputs, and the FDCPA Landmine warnings section — is granted at the moment your payment is confirmed, we maintain a strict no-refund policy.
